    MBTiles

    Is there a roadmap to include MBTile RNC charts? The BSB/KAP files are quite large and MBTiles are generally more optimized. There are numerous sources for satellite images configured in the MBTiles format.

    Low priority, but geo referenced satellite overlays of ports you're approaching can be hugely helpful.

    I haven't thought about it.

    I think MBTiles are BSB blobs in an SQLite database.

    Where do you get them from?

    Chartlocker has a huge selection of them for free for cruisers. I have seen them elsewhere.

    No rush, and certainly a low priority - but maybe just put on the wish list?
