Is it possible to add BSP1 and BSP2 as variables to be logged with the new Expedition version 12 software?

I have port and starboard speed transducers and want to log the data so I can calibrate them. In my previous version of Expedition I had modified the H5000_config.xml file to

  <map id_bg="437" id_exp="172" sysval="true" name="BSP1"/>
  <map id_bg="438" id_exp="173" sysval="true" name="BSP2"/>

and both speed transducers were included in the log file. With the new version 12 I need to select the variables to be logged, however BSP1 and BSP2 are not options to choose from. 

I think I have a work around by assigning LH and RH speed transducers to Air Temp and Sea Temp which can be selected as variables to be logged.
