    Tool tip button stickiness

    Hello!

    I am playing around the new version of Expedition V12.2.1 and from the Charts and Weather Tab, there seems to be a stickyness issue with the Tool Tip button.  When I go from tab to tab it seems like the status of the tool tip button is inconsistent and does not keep it state.  Also on the Weather Tab the Hide button does not change when you click it to indicate if it is selected or not.  

    I discovered this while I was making a new Race Note and wanted to de-select the Tooltip to hide it as I was making a new Race note.

    It might be worth running the Exp System Retsore app and deleting the display states.

    Thanks Nick!  That seemed to help thing out a little.  I will keep using it and see if it keeps happening.
