I use a computer at home and a laptop for the boat. My settings (settings, states, configurations, marks, Notes, Polars, SailCharts, etc.) are all dialed in on the Win11 desktop. I want to find a way to copy that same setup to my laptop. Apologies if this is more of a Windows file mgmt Q than an EXP one; but I searched the forums and saw some users allude to a restore or replace files. I don't know how to do that.
I see the ProgramData/Archive files but how do I restore from an Archive? Can I force an archive now function to get the latest data to then go transfer to another device? The restore app doesn't seem to have a feature where I can restore from a file (maybe Archive?).
Is it as simple as copying and pasting the whole Program Data file but excluding the two license XML files (or maybe just the one w the device code)?
Many thanks in advance for help.

[Update]
I pasted the EXP PgmData File ex the two license XMLs to the laptop's same folder. Partial success. WX draw styles, States, Alternating Channels, Dampening Settings- all transferred.
But, on the other hand, some settings did not transfer: Units, Navionics Chart settings (did not transfer the Navionics folder), Display Settings, Track Settings, Optimum Routing Settings, Opt Drawing, and Opt Advanced.
Thanks (again) in advance for any help!

They are saved in the registry, but we don't recommend copying it over as it also contains a lot of computer specific settings.
