the tracking window seems to compare the current position report to the previous one and calculates DMG, Gain, SOG, etc. When we were racing in the past, we would pull a new position report via sailmail every watch change (often every 3 hours). Now, with faster internet on the boats and also when tracking a race at home, I often find myself downloading all position reports from YB (using for example the JSON since feature) - so I end up with a report every hour in the case of the race I'm currently tracking.

In addition to getting DMG, Gain, SOG on an hourly basis, I'd like to look at it on a 3-hour and 24-hour basis. Is there a way to do this without pulling out the calculator?
