new weird optimizing problem
when I click optimize, I get a blue line that goes off the world chart and maybe back, but no normal result in the routing. something has gotten contaminated but i'm at loss to fix it. please help. running v11 on win11 lg16 laptop. FREAKED OUT HERE!!

I open a new session after a reboot, select the route, activate it and all looks normal. select optimize and the "off the world" blue line appears!! something definitely contaminated and I have no clue where to go next. HELP NEEDED. Thx, pjl

more info. the blue line is a product of the route optimize algorithm. it is a wild digression from the optimum route creation. the tabular optimum result does not show it, it only appears on the graphic optimum route.

Examine the paths. They generally tell you what is happening.

what does disconnect between graphic opt route and the tabular report indicate? can I put the info in a word doc and send that to you via email?
