In general for a question like this you should start your own thread...
To asnwer your question. No - The 2 machine CMap license is for 2 Expedition PCs. The chartplotter charts are a different product.

The NT+ option hasn't been offered by C-Map for a long time. You can get MAX charting with NT Selector if you have the CD, which can be downloaded from C-Map. Link on the Exp resources web page.
However, there was a comment recently NT Selector may not work online at present. MAX will not be sold after the end of this year either.
You can buy C-Map 4D charting online. For that, see the Exp help.

I suspect NT Selector is at the bottom of any priority list at C-Map as EOL is supposed to be at the end of December. The last data update was in March.

Probably CS could arrange card payment via phone or bank transfer if supplied with chart request key generated with PC Selector. Just how to transfer licenses if PC fails in a future and product discontinued...

The resellers can probably obtain keys as they deal directly with C-Map.
