Connected to H5000 and successfully see various instrument data from the NMEA 2000 network via H5000 wifi. But cannot see any GPS position or other attributes.
In B&G Websockets data, ‘Send navigation data’ is checked.
Network options ‘Use GPS data’ is checked.
Do I need to adjust these or other settings? HELP!

I suspect the H5 doesn't have valid GPS data, although I don't understand the reference to H5000 Wifi.
You could save a section of data from the raw data window and email that.
The Send Navigation data option doesn't affect GPS data btw.

Thanks, Nick. This is on Chris L's boat and we think there's a B&G gremlin about. H5000's IP address changed in mid-race on Saturday. Contacting B&G support for more.

I am also quite sure it isn't connected to the H5000 Websocket, but to something else, maybe a GoFree wireless.

It does route to or through the GoFree, so we'll figure out how to bypass that. I'm sure you can tell that I'm reaching the limit of my TCP/IP literacy and competence. ha ha

Normally the easy connection is to the H5000 Ethernet port.
The data you have doesn't seem to include GPS data.

Thanks, Nick. Before Key West race we'll try the direct Ethernet cable to the Hercules CPU, or I'll bring the NGT-1 from my boat. There has to be something misconfigured in the B&G since when we connect via GoFree and enter the H5000 IP address of the CPU in laptop browser, we do not get the full B&G webserver menu. We get only a limited '4 bar' menu. I didn't snap a pic.
