    Moving marks by dragging with the mouse?

    Love the new lock/unlock buttons.

    But I can't figure out how to make fine position adjustments with the mouse anymore?!

    Yes, the course builder should be useful.

    Sorry it broke that and no one noticed. Fixed now.

    Ummmm ..... On my newly installed Exp 11.3.10 4D, Course Builder/Route Builder button doesn't do anything with a left click.  I'm sure it should ....

    By design, it only works on always drawn marks.
