What do the experts consider to be the "best practice" to ensure that the 10M winds are scaled to the actual height of the wind sensor for Expedition to accurately calculate target boats speed, TWS, etc?
Is it just a matter of setting Mast Height in the Calibrations? If so, is it necessary to tick the "Linear Interpolation" checkbox?
My wind sensor is 17 meters above the waterline so the difference is material.
Thanks in advance!

The mast height calibration value is only for instrument wind calculations. It is to take account of the movement of the wind sensor.
Normally your polar should be for mast head tws values, so you don't need to scale them. Some VPPs do arrive as 10m winds though.
For weather and routing, scale the wind in weather settings. The equation to use is described in the Weather settings help, but a value around 105-107% would make sense.
