I can get Alaska, and HI , But CA . FL are not found by the tool.
The files are in my charts folder.
RNC for CA are found ok.

Using Windows 8 on BootCamp mac Latest Expedition download.

It seems some of these are missing the CATALOG.031 file that contains the list of ENC cells.

It is part of the ENC exchage specification. Also see

I noticed that file missing too, was not sure if that was the problem... so...hope they get if fixed on you report.

NOAA Says this should be fixed by Thursday afternoon.

It's fixed for USCG Area 9(great lakes).
