    Microsoft window resizing bug

    Microsoft has finally found why sometimes Exp can’t be re-sized by using the size and bottom borders.

    Strangely it only happens if the Windows Taskbar is set to auto-hide. I have no idea how they are linked, but hopefully Microsoft will come up with a fix.
