Hi Nick,
I have uninstalled all old charts from 2024 via the cartridges tab bevor I installed the new chart.

... and when starting Expedition a warning pops up: Warning message
"Upgrade your card to Navionics+ to get
SonarChartTM 1'/0.5 meter HD bathymetry
maps, Dock-to-dock Route Guidance and
other features. Visit Navionics.com."
The chart is a Navionics+ chart.
Any solutions?

Hello Nick,
thank you for your feedback. I have installed the chart installer and the chart is activated and updated. Last year it worked fine with the Navionics charts.
For the new chart, I had to create a new account with Navionics, as the chart from 2024 is still active on my actual account. Since this year, Navionics requires a new account for each map of the same area. Could this possibly cause problems with the display in Expedition?

Hello,
I bought a new Navionics chart (Na=12pxvionics+ Large | NAEU645L) .
I deleted the old charts (Charts->System->Cartridges remove).
Then I installed the new chart. But it will not show. Updating Exp. to 12.2.1 didn't solve the problem.

I have a problem. The maximum number of activations has been reached. However, I only have the Navionics map running on an Expedition computer and the Vulvcan V9. I suspect that I am updating the map incorrectly: I update the SDCard using Chart Installer and transfer the updated chart to Expedition using the Install function.
What would be the correct procedure for updating the chart in Expedition and how do I reset the number of activations?

- Insert your Navionics SD card into your computer
- in Expedition: go to "Charts", then to "System"
- in the new window go to "Cartridges"
- select "Install" on the right side. The data from the Navionics card will be copied to a subdirectory with the name of the card's ntag (e.g. Programdata/Expedition\navionics\ntag).
- if the Navionics map is not displayed after installation, restart Navionics
After an Expedition update, I have to import the Navionics map again, which is not a big problem as I always update my Navionics maps and therefore have to copy them to Expedition again

Hi,
I want to export marks to a csv-file.
Here is an example:
the export csv-file looks like this:

I was expecting the format mark name, latitude, longitude, mark group name, range circle, comment, as it is describe in the help file. The numbers have changed. E.g. mark P has the coordinates 54°30,970n and 010°11,184e.
Is it a bug or just user's incompetence? ;-)
