it would be useful to be able to draw a line (such as a line of bearing) and then have the ability to (1) adjust either end to change the angle; (2) move the entire line without adjusting either end or (3) change its color.  this is useful for route planning purposes like setting up clearing bearings, etc.

I've noticed several issues:

1)  the NCOM currents model was updated in v10.9.9, but doesn't seem to be displayed after being downloaded.

2) the "true north up" chart setting doesn't save and the program automatically reverts to "chart up"

3) (this is more of a question)  do i need to need to download the new high res world chart or has that already been included in the current version?

I installed version 10.7.14 a few days ago.  The program installed successfully, but I get the following error when I try to run Expedition...

"Expedition.exe - System Error

The code execution cannot proceed because mfc140u.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I tried uninstalling and repairing the version by rerunning the 10.7.14 Setup file, but to no avail.  I also tried to reinstall an earlier version of Expedition (10.7.10).   Any thoughts?

hi,

was this issue (i.e., cumulative distance sailed) ever addressed?  i see that there is a log-sog and log-bsp channel.  both of these show data while underway, but they don't seem to work with stripchart (i.e., i can't pull up this data when i load an earlier log file).
