    Surface Analysis Overlay

    Please remind me how to upload and overlay Surface Analysis Charts. 
    Also can you overlay on chart in loop as presented in Ocean Prediction Surface Analysis Product Loop

    Right mouse click on the chart in the area you are interested in and select My Image.

    No, you cannot play the loop. And remember that a georeferenced synoptic chart, when loaded, is a chart, not a weather file, so will always be displayed irrespective of the screen time.
