This could be a great tool when planning races where lots of data comes available in a last minute SI.

Maybe the Forum description should include: "Each forum post should include a link to the resource or an email address to request the content and a brief description on how to access the data from Exp"
In this case it would be in Boj's post "download the file into Program Data, Expedition, Race Notes. Then in Exp under the Sail tab/Race Notes/Open click on the new file"
That would cover most eventualities.
