Expedition Navigation Software / NOAA ENC Chart Text is Gibberish for Navigation Aids

I am using the latest NOAA ENC charts and have a problem with the text for navigation aids showing up as random characters on the PC I use at home for route planning. The boat laptop displays fine. All other chart text displays just fine. The same chart files when used on OpenCPN displays properly, so I know that it isn't corrupted files.

My configuration: Expedition 12.3.5 for Navionics, Windows 11 Pro version 24H2 with all available updates installed. I've attached screen shots below.

What might be the problem here and how could this be fixed?

Yes, something changed in NOAA charts I hadn't allowed for.

The easiest solution is to update Exp to a recent release.
