Expedition Navigation Software / Dialoge boxes slow to open.

I am having an issue with dialog boxes opening very slowly. When I click on check for updates or settings or close, the box can take up to 20 seconds to load. Usually just showing a see thu outline before it finally show up. Somtimes it works fine.
I am running the lateset version. Is it something on my computer?
I have no other programs running.

It might be worth trying the Expedition System restore app and selecting the display states option

Still having the issue, problem seems to come an go. Anything else to try?
