Hesitate to call these bugs, more quirks. 
If you run multiple routes.  Then go and delete them but hit cancel before you close the dialogue box.  The routes stay deleted (expected)  but they still show on the chart.  If you click anyplace on the chart they will then disappear.  Clicking on the button bar does nothing.

Conversely if you delete them and then hit the OK button they disappear immediately (expected)

In the same area.  If you rename a route, you don't see the new name in the left  column list until you close the results box and reopen it.
