    Frequent heading errors (only) in Expedition

    I am seeing lots of heading value errors in Expedition where my heading value jumps briefly to 001 and then returns to the correct heading value.  The timing seems to be random but it happens 5-10 times each minute.

    I am only seeing these errors within the Expedition & Stripchart application.  My B&G system shows no signs of trouble.  The raw data stream from the B&G system to Expedition shows only data for correct heading values.  It does not contain any values of 001?

    (I have a Hercules 2000 system onboard with a Halcyon 2000 compass.)

    Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.
