Noting some problems getting display stuck in race/start vs chart and Auto-chart not seeming to not reliably un-select
is there a place to submit specific questions/bug reports?
using 10.3.12 on Win 10/Bootcamp with ENC's from NOAA.

Thanks to Fergal and Nick, resolved most of my issues by loading a start polar.
Autochart stickyness not reproducible. may be busyness of computer.
