    white text boxes in night mode

    HI
    we just finished a night regatta, and even though I set the theme to black and mode to night, there were white boxes around the names of the marks, and the whole course box. I could hide the latter but not the former, and it was really bad for my night vision as I was at the helm. Is there a way to set every white box to black?

    Try Un-ticking

    Settings>Display>Highlight Mark and Route Text

    We just had a night regatta and remembered this and tried the answer. However there are still areas that remain white. Notably the Route window is white background, and some other things like the label on the top left of the map. Just that area is enough to destroy my night vision. Is there a way to adjust those?

    How about the PC brightness control?
    Start>Settings>Display> Brightness and colour slider down
