My ? shows 12.0.16. I've uploaded=9.75px Expedition For ENC, RNC and Navionics charting 12.3.3 and tried installing it multiple times. 2Xs as a repair, but ? still shows 12.0.16. What am i doing wrong? Later I tried the 4D version and still the same situation. Should I delete all the Expedition application files I find in the directory before installation? I have 12 application or application extension files plus a compiled HTML file uploaded on 7/4/24. And then a bunch of other files and directories after that date.

You may be running the old 32 version when you mean to use the 64 bit version.
Have you tried uninstalling the obsolete 32 bit install(s) as recommended above? There is no comment as to whether you have or not.
If not, please do so.
For the avoidance of doubt, just uninstall, don't manually delete installed files.
