    Blank Blue Screen Where Chart should be

    Hi, I have just downloaded Expedition (used before on other boats but now wanted my own copy) and also downloaded base map and C-Map 4D for UK/Ireland. 
    All I get is a blank blue screen where the chart should be. I cant find anywhere that I can check which directory the charts should be in and is it pointing to the right one.
    They have downloaded OK from My Maps and that is all good.
    Any ideas please?
