Not sure how widespread this is, but Toughpads have a finger touch versus wet screen pen-only touch setting, which of course is only valuable when it is wet or raining as it was last week and I didn't have it.  Very frustrating and confusing.
Transpires that updating Windows 10 #1809 from January this year impacts the Toughpad's System Interface Manager and the wet screen functionality disappears completely from the Toughpad.  An update of the Toughpad System Interface Manager is required to restore the functionality.
