yes, it won't let me write to the marks.dat file either. says access denied.

when i click on one of the weather display states, it says "unable to save weather settings: C:\ProgramData\expedition\config\wx_1.dat"

i have expedition on a laptop connected to my nmea 2000 network vis actisense ngt-t usb. my laptop is also connected to the same wifi network as my raymarine e95.
expedition sees the nmea 2k sensor info ok. when i make a course active in expedition, that course info is seen by the e95 and my nmea 2k instruments.

however if i start a course on my e95, that info is seen by my instruments but not by Expedition.

is there a way for nmea 2k waypoints and courses to be received by Expedition?

1. yes connected to w2k
2. no data in the expedition raw data window
3. set up w2k as access point. data server settings are format: actisense n2k ascii; direction: transmit only; protocol: tcp; port 60001.

should i use a different port?

I'm using the Actisense NGT-1 USB and it works fine when it is connected to my laptop at the nav station.
i have also installed the Actisense N2K wifi adapter so i can take my laptop on deck. But when i do that i don't see any N2K data in Expedition. How do I set up Expedition to use the Actisense N2K wifi capapbility? I do understand that this N2K data from the Actisense wifi adapter is receive only.

when i click on the window dropdown and select AIS, the AIS window opens below my chart. if i also select route, the route window opens above my chart. i want it to be below my chart where the AIS window is. if i drag it down below the AIS window, the icons to dock, float, pin, etc. are not there. if i close this window and then reopen it, it always goes back to the top.

how do i correct this?

the Airmar DX+900 is the only bsp source.
Exp is not calibrating bsp.
