Has anyone tried formatting a course SMS message using iPhone Shortcuts so it can be imported in Expedition?

In the Start Panel W/L settings, how can I add a windward spreader mark? Alternatively, is it not necessary to include it?

My upwind laylines pretty much countdown nicely and are fairly stable.

But my downwind laylines pretty much tend to swing about  so much it’s hard to know when you’ve definitely reached the gybe points. I have TWD damped .

Anyone else get this?

What does it mean when the time on Port or Starboard goes negative? Eg:

-2m10s

I think I’ve unchecked ‘Count up past layline times’, or whatever it’s called.

I am doing some Optimal Routing for the Round the Island Race here in the UK:

Isochronal misses out some of my waypoints
GRID includes them all.
