Have you ever tired some industrial can (or SAE J1939) to ethernet adapters that are not advertised for NMEA2000?
Something like the Moxa MGate 5118

1.) Alternating
2.) Settings -> alternating
3.) Instruments -> Settings -> Custom -> Select a custom channel and mapp the alternating channel to it

Looks like your computer recognises the input as text and not as number. Per default in excel numbers are aligned right and text left.
Some langues use "," as decimal symbol some "."
If you either change that setting in your computer (or in excel), or change the symbol in the log file it should work.

For a quick test just replace the . With a , in a cell.
