Can someone explain what the upwind angle and down angle calibration values are for - upwind angle 165 per the following article; https://www.blur.se/2018/06/05/bg-h5000-kalibrering/

When I open the files in Notepad, they appear to be correct.  Someone on the forum in an older post suggested that both files had to be in the same folder.  I have them both in the same folder on my desktop.

I cant import the boat ids file into Expedition.

When I use the regular YB tracking feature in Exp and the code vicmaui2018, the boat id's load fine as a starting point, I set a reference boat and they display on the schedule.  However, when I try to import position file via the above I get the boat id error message and can't update.

Hello:

I am tracking the Vic Maui race as a test.  I have the boats set up including a reference boat which I created using the yb tracking option at first using a high speed connection.

When I attempt to import position reports via the y/b short code link I get an "unable to open boat id file" error message.

I use a GlobalSat puck, about $50, locks on signal very fast and I feed into USB port.  When you do this, however, you should uncheck the box for your instruments to send lat lon from the ship's GPS.  I affix the puck to a cabin window via velcro.  Only problem I have ever had is if a crew member is leaning in directly over the window where the puck is, but that rarely occurs.  HIKE!!
