I haven't figured out how to download Will's book yet, but I am planning to do so soon. I am not familiar with down-loaded books, but it would be great if I could print a hard copy for reference use.

Will,
I would happily pay US$40-50 for a printed copy of the new book. The Kindle version is great for searching, etc. but I really rather enjoy the tactile experience and am happy to pay for it.
Have you explored printing in India?

How about one file for B&W pages, a second for pages with color content. Buyers can print the two files, collate the two sets of pages, then off to the local copy shop for a comb binding. Only hitch would come if there are too many color pages to handle easily, but this would take the large investment out Will's hands.
