I'll also preface this with the statement that I don't know why the skipper is just not importing the YB data directly.
Possibly my explanations on how to do this have been found wanting.

What he is looking to do is import the tracking data he gets twice daily by email from the WARC Ralley Control

Email has the following in the body.  Can this be imported without modification.  


Last reported position for all vessels as at: 08 Mar 2018 20:04 UT
(Please note email headers from ISP's may show time as local time at ISP)
Rankings are calculated from the DTD with no correction for TCF or Motoring
