    Win 10 serial to USB data problem

    The owner recently upgraded from win 7 to 10 .I replaced his 4 port serial to USB adapter with a Keyspan USA
    49WG V2 ( win 10 compliant ) and the only raw data I see in Exp is AIS no B&G 690 or NMEA GPS .I did install the Keyspan win 10 driver .
    Ideas ?

    The B&G and GPS are on separate comm ports? Can you verify the data is actually being transmitted?
