    Slow Connection Caused Crash

    FWIW
    During the NBR we were using a PPP dialup connection over an Iridium phone to grab gribs.
    Advertised 2400 baud but appeared to be much less on occasion.
    Several times when the connection was weak Expedition crashed and had to be restarted.
