We have an NKE WiFi box installed. It's working. The documentation says Expedition will send Target Bsp,
Opposite track, Target Twa, VMG%, Polar Bsp %, Set, and Drift.
1. Does this happen automatically, or do you have to use the Instruments/NKE screen to select the NMEA sentences to send?
2. Check "Broadcast received data?" The received data is I believe the data coming into Expedition from the NKE network, and there's no need to "broadcast" it.
3. Command line? What should be entered here?
4. Following screen NKE Settings, has lists of NMEA to receive, and to Send. Do I need to check off the NMEA sentences to send? And what are they. I'd like to broadcast Polar BS but Polar BSP % is ok too. Target BSP is only for windward beating I believe.
Thanks

Hello
I have the same problem.
Expedition send correctly the active mark bearing and distance and the NKE receive it. I have NKE USB/Wifi box, Expedition is connected thru USB + NKE multigraphic.
But I didn't manage to send Target BsP, Target TWA, VMG% Polar Bsp%, Opposite tak, ...
Is there a configuration somewhere ?
Thanks
Philippe

They are automatically sent for the NKE instrument type in Exp.
You will be able to see it in the Raw data window.
TargBsp: $PNKEP,01
TargTwa, Pol% etc: $PNKEP,03,

Thanks,

Hello
I don't find those tags in the raw data window. Here is a file with raw data copy.

You have selected NMEA 0183 instead of NKE as the instrument type.

It's works now.
I had a wrong understanding of the documentation with NMEA box and the connection USB
I've connected the computer to the NKE box with USB.
The setup in Expedition is NKE, 115200 baud, 8 bit, none parity, 1 stop bit.
Thank you
